It is unmatched by any cooler at its price-point, manages to comfortably sustain an overclocked i7 920, and is compact enough to not cause compatibility issues inside users’ chassis. It’s certainly hard to think of ways to fault the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. This means we have a lot of cooling potential inside this enclosure, which is fantastic. Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler Review. And the last thing I did was remove the side dust filter, where the radiator is exhausting air, and you can see our CPU temperature improved by 2☌ and we dropped 1☌ on the GPU. And then putting it to exhaust was a big mistake, since as you can see the GPU temperature really just maxed out there. Still quite quiet and in a closed system, even at maximum speeds, it’s likely you’ll never hear it. The Evo edition is most similar to the Hyper 212 Plus with one major difference.
